Cooked brown rice
Chopped tomato
Cooked green lentils
One sliced red onion
Dried cranberries
Rind and juice of one lemon
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper

A vegetarian diet can be cheaper, healthier, more enviornmentally friendly and most of all kinder to animals. Most of my recipes don't have amounts, just ingredients. You can add how much you like and experiment!
